Health is not just important for us individually but for those around us, how are we going to take care of the people around us if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Of course you should want to do it for you first. if not for you, do it for your kids do it for your family because they need you; Because I need you to show up every day to your work to your job to school and be your best; making sure that your mind is clear and your equipped for the day ahead because we need you in this world today. You have a purpose in this world to fulfill, so why not approach it in the best shape Not just physically, but mentally in the world today? Working out is not only good for your body, but relieves your stress and provides you with the mental clarity you need to seize your day! I promise you feel so much better every time! if you can’t do 60 start with 20 if you can’t do 20 start with 15 if you can’t do 15 start with 10 and increase it by increments one day at a time! you can do this! 😘 💪🏾 last but not least is your brain. Jewels and Gems, reading is so important and great for that brain. It’s great for keeping yourself productive or learning a new skill and for increasing your vocabulary reading makes you smarter and you could never get too smart. 😜 they have so many books out there that can teach you about business finances, and for my Girlies that are in school. This is so important for you. do not concern yourself with these boys because the one who’s right for you will come in time. for now just focus on staying up in those books: 📚 studying so you can ace that test in the morning, finishing that homework 📄 before you even think about jumping on that phone, passing those classes so you can graduate 👩‍🎓 with said degree in hand 📜 (Bachelor’s, Master’s etc.) What a proud day.
